The master suite is nicely done. But for me not having a 2 car covered carport is a drawback. Also no privacy to pool area and refrigerator space too small.

i just noticed something in this house that needs some work done to it, noticed the lowest step of the stair??? it's a future recipe for disaster, one can easily see how that protruding steps might cause some accidental tripping to a person, but the good thing is it can easily be solved just by installing a hand rail that extends to the full length of that lower steps of the stairs to block people from accidentally tripping over those steps...

I'm considered the top 1% wealthiest class in the world, and I couldn't justify buying this. I have a larger house in the USA that cost me much less and I actually have a real backyard and space between homes. A Filipino doctor or lawyer couldn't afford this. This should be listed for half this price.

I dont know why most of the house in PH dont have an actual backyard. The house there are way overpriced. For 28m thats like $500k. Im from Cali and my house cost $2m with a Big Yard Pool and Spa.

hello few years back i went looking for residential lots around the area I’m pretty sure visited “marquee place” its a higher end subdivision, i guess the lot alone will be much pricier than other neighbor villages.

@@QuartolimaSD Why would you try to look for a house like that in Cali for 500k? lol. Youd be lucky to even get a townhome for 500k here in OC. Im not complaining and I just noticed they dont really make a room for a backyard in most of this newly build homes. I own a penthouse in BGC and its worth the same lol Im looking to buy a land around 400-500sqm and build my own and thats the reason why I ended up on this channel.

Apple always does her best, however I don’t get the Japanese theme in this house. A Japanese home is all about privacy, and the glass panels right in front of the house violate this principle of privacy, along with the lack of a fence and gate. Also, and I’ve said this many times before, and that’s the Pinoy style of small lot with an oversized house built on it, making it necessary to entertain indoors. Whether it’s rain or shine outside, the owner will have to turn on the AC most of the time. My guess is the houses there are valued by the number of square meters, and that’s why some are 3 stories high.

I really don't want to sound like a party pooper, but I've watched a number of these videos, and I don't get it; I simply do not understand the thinking. These are terribly oversized houses on absurdly undersized plots of land -- no greenery, no trees, no space, just stone walls, glass and fancy decorations; and inside all shiny, cold, oversized, barren, and impersonal. I realize it's hot in the Philippines and there's less incentive to sit outside, but to have practically no outside space makes no sense, and it doesn't explain the interior. I'd feel completely out of place in a house like this. This isn't a home, it's a soulless showpiece.

Gated subdivisions is not about personal spaces, the outside you are referring to is the shared amenities (pool, clubhouse, basketball courts, gyms and so on) in bacolod there is a new subdivision with 18 parks lol. Its community driven housings.. if you enjoy your personal space buy yourself a private beach. Its about the same price
