grabe the rooftop vibes makes me wanna climb and lay on the roof while watching the moon and the stars, it gives a ghibli and anime vibes. ang gaganda ng mga bahay na nafefeature recently and I'm taking notes for future references. gusto ko talaga ung mga smart home houses!

I soooo love this house. It would probably be on my Top 5 favorites among all the house tours I've seen in Presello. The style is just so me. Also Julia, I always love how you host, perfect balance of attention to detail, hosts input, perfect pacing of the tour, and very conversational. Love it!

Your house presentations are immaculate. It's very well thought out and the details are amazing. The editing, the lines, even the subscribers-non subscribers spiel was very creative. No doubt that presello really is the best channel for this type of content and no other channel can come close no matter how hard they try. And don't even get me started with Julia. She's just the best; i honestly have no words to describe how great she is in her job. Also, cool house!

@@cammac66 yeah my dad is really into fishing so he has a lot of gear, he also builds and/or customises equipment so he needs a bit of space for all of that. And since it’s so loud when he builds the studio it needs to be on the ground floor or basement

This has to be my favorite house thus far ❤️everything about it every detail is spot on! Props to the Architect and engineers. As an aspiring architect myslef I watch your videos to see the beauty of such houses through their function, aesthetics and many more. I must say I’ve learned a lot just by watching your videos! Good job julia and the whole presello team. This video is really well made and made me at awh! I think this house sells for 200M pesos but negotiable. Just in case you’re wondering about the price. Saw it on another channel. Enjoyed both presentation but Julia is my bias. :)

Lovely house 😀.. All space well thought of. But, if I am to buy this house, I will continue that perimeter wall tile up to the pool area and place sconches to light up the space especially at night, and same cemented polished floor continous around the house. Should lessen the outside plants due to dengue. And, add better lighting fixtures inside the house because the interior color is really toned down.
