Definitely one of my favorites! I would love to see more houses like this in the Philippines. The house is designed for a tropical country. The courtyard, window's close to the ceiling for cross ventilation and that breeze wall at the facade. Thank you for showing this wonderful house Presello.

I've seen this house from another realtor and I can say that Julia's presentation displays the elegance this house deserves! I love the house except for the tree in the atrium. From the other video, it was mentioned that it is a Kalachuchi tree and it is a concern for me. As you know, the kalachuchi flowers are or were used for funeral wreaths. For boomers like me, it was or is something that gives me the creeps! Ika nga, amoy patay! But that's just me and this is just my thoughts!

@@dongshengdi773 Normally, after the earnest payment is given to the seller, the new owner can request for any little thing to be changed in the house. As such, I could do that and let them change it and eventually sell it. So why should I go to all the trouble of selling it if somebody could do it for me?

Im glad na they’re working on their camera views. The cutscenes are a big help. Julia is amazing and tinatry nia tlga idescribe mga bagay na di nakikita sa camera kase nga marami cla at di kasya hahaha but it’s nice makita rin tlga ung area mismo especially ung mga bathrooms. I would imagine a pine tree which can be turned into a christnas tree durinng the holidays but during summer i'll just leave it bare. Another option would be a water feature. Probably a small waterfall with some fishes in it. Either way, that space is already beautiful because it brings the outdoor into the interior of the house. Loved that there's 6 bedrooms. I also like the privacy, not too many glass windows, unlike in most modern homes but still an ample amount of natural light permeates inside Would love to purchase this property ! ! ! ❤😊

i have mixed feelings about the architecture of the house. some features i loved specially the swimming pool side but some part i dont, particularly the kitchen and atrium which are so enclosed! and the garage and main entrance isn't presented beautifully! the excitement of entering the house isn't there- should be highlighted! so if i buy that house, i still need some reno just to make it comfortably liveable... sometimes, builder/s-architects are over doing it, that they forget the basic elements of a comfortable home-air flow access...
