I am always surprised by the price of the featured Bali properties. Grabe, sobrang worth it relative sa mga properties na nandito. And kahit malaki ‘yung property, it doesn’t feel empty, still feels homey. Narerelax na ‘ko kahit pinapanood ko pa lang.

Another remarkable designed property with a bigger floor and lot area, situated in Bali Indonesia, and also reasonably priced. You won't get this kind of property from greedy developers in the Philippines.

Philippine architects, take note! Kopyahin nyo yung mga ganyang layout. Hindi Yung may ladder papuntang driver's room o kaya naman may mga wooden division pa na nagpapasikip ng space.

1. Sa labas(carport main entrance) ganda agad minus the snake plants na super dami, ok sana kung isa lang or wala. Kasi ung main entrance palang ang ganda na eh, kumbaga sa box ng regalo, ung box plang maganda na kaso nilagyan ng hindi nag match na riboon, 2. Pag pasok sa maintrance, parang pag bukas ng box ng regalo, parang surprise, ang ganda, sa labas dark ung theme pero pag pasok mo ang liwanag ang ganda. Wow factor, minus points ulit ung sa plants at puno ng nyog, mas maganda siguro yang kung variegated talisay ng puno, tapos mga lutea na halaman sa walls. 3. bedroom no.1. Feeling ko un ung masters bedroom kaso hindi na napakita. 4. Open space style ng kusina at living is super timeless. Connected lahat ng tao habang may nanonood or nag kkwentuhan at may nagluluto hindi outcast ang mommy. 5. Sliding doors, sofa, table. Lights and fixtures swak na swak sa style. Minus again ung dalawang fiddle leaf fig. Ok sana kung isang fiddle leaf at sa corner. 6. deck, ung punong malaki maganda at snake plants sa gilid ng pool ang perfect plus ung mga halaman sa taas ng walls at terrace. minus the puno ng nyog ulit at mga palmera. 7. Bedroom 2 . Wow ung bathroom. Super ganda, at glass door para sa hangin at ung mga cactus. Ang ganda 8. Powder room, ok lng , hindi masyadong maganda. 9. Im not sure, feeling ko hindi nag match ng pagka glamorous ng hagdan sa style ng bahay. Ung window glass sa taas ng hagdan, un ung nag pa wow sakin ang galing. 10. yung office ang minimalist ng style ang ganda. 11. hallway sa second floor kasama ulit ung frosted glass window na naka frame ng kahoy. Ang ganda tignan pag labas mo ng office. Pati ng puno sa dulo para syang naka frame 12. Open hallway terrace, swerte ka na kung meron ka nun, may access ka sa fresh air. Magaling 13. bedroom 3, same sa bedroom 2 maganda rin, tho ayoko ung mga tela sa bed. Hahah .Ang ganda ng window sa cr. 14. Bedroom 4, same din maganda rin pati cr, kaso sobra na ung pendant light, 15. I like na pinaghiwalay ung walk in closet sa bathroom, base sa experience ko kahit malaki ang bintana nmin sa cr, nag aamag talaga mga damit at kung ano paman, so perfect na pinaghiwalay ng bathroom at walk in closet 16. balcony , again maswerte ka na na may access sa fresh air . 17. End of the hallway, super ganda. Lalo na siguro pag umuualan tas magkape jaan. 18. Over all rating 9/10 base sa taste ko at kung ako ang mag mamayari ng bahay nato hehehe
