i am wondering why then haven't done a story with people on solar. thats right they are the electric company PR firm, all it take would do a google earth search find the solar on the roof and drive over.

That kind of service is great however don't forget those who don't have transportation. Hit up your apt. complexes, your senior living complexes. Public transit can only go so far and sometimes you can't carry the items given or it's to far of a travel between transfers and waiting for nxt bus.

A lawsuit needs to happen because this is the craziest thing I have ever seen and experienced being here and we have been without power for 4 days feels like 4 years. And I'm from the Caribbean and we have a better planning system than this (depending on which island). This is wild and for them to say by Sunday they will have 80% of customers back online is even Wilder. The only way to get them to budge is if everyone sues them. One massive lawsuit by the 2 nearly 3 millions that have been without power, including the ones who have died by trees, heat and drowning. Seems to be the way of how America or Texas work, not forgetting guns seems to be a big talk here more than common sense.

@@NoWayJose24 right. So sorry to hear about that and that's why I posted this in the hopes that it gets somewhere. Workers are doing the best that they can but centerpoint needs a HUGE improvement when it comes to planning. Hopefully it will be restored soon because today is very humid. Thinking of investing in an electric generator with ANKER (the brand)

@@NDB469 you do know the Caribbean islands is plural right? So from one island to the next will vary right ? I can only speak for my island that has been through both Irma and Mariah and had not only the French but also dutch support and neighboring islands to assist but it was already pre-planned and didn't take months to get everyone back up and running. So please remember islands are plural. Read over the comment again but sure about the lawsuit, it's a United front attempt. I'm just putting something out as an idea since lawsuits just like purchasing a gun seems to be the go to out here to get things done. I am sympathizing with those who have lost people due to the extreme heat which was caused because of lack of power. Good job to the workers who are putting in the time to restore the power to the Houston community. Replies are always welcomed

@@MrTatouAyea that’s why I said Islands… I know it plural, but you’re delusional thinking this type of thing doesn’t happen on those islands, you’re also way out there trying to organize a lawsuit. That’s just dumb. Natural disasters happen, sometimes it’s far more difficult to restore power than people realize. Again, get a grip.
