The Houston Heights is a fantastic neighborhood to live in. With convenient access to all the cool parts of Houston, The Heights is located just northwest of downtown Houston. It is located between 3 major freeways giving you quick access to many parts of town. It was founded in 1891 because it was the highest elevation near downtown. Over the years it has exploded, boasting tons of unique local restaurants and shops. Some homes have been torn down to be replaced by modern homes, and others have been restored or remodeled and still display their historic charm. The Houston Heights is the perfect place to live if you want walkability to bars and restaurants, and want to be within 15 mins of downtown. Not really all gotta do i slook! I live on that neighborhood and i only pay 899! Hahaha lol i found a separate house my own private 2 rooms and the neighbor (same house) left, the other one is a girl who never makes noise so im actually living the life

It’s a great location, right in the middle of everything. It’s can be a tad pricey to purchase, but it’s a great investment. It would just depend on your budget and what type of property you’re interested in.

It looks like this was done around summer and it gets ridiculously hot during the day. In the evenings and nicer times of the year it's extremely lively!
