Shared patio with neighbors? No thanks. I prefer to pay an extra for privacy. The is okay, especially for the high ceiling in the living room area (big plus), the carpets in the bedrooms look like mud though which is a such turn off too. Not for me.

One question, is this house hard-wired with ethernet (cat 6e)? I've seen way too many homes that aren't hard-wired and in 2024, that's just unacceptable. Yes, I'm an IT guy and a geek, do this matters to me.😊

The second home in the $150s is the best one 1️⃣!!!! The $137 home could have been ok if they would have moved the floor on the loft out to make a full size bedroom. I’m sure someone would rather have a full size bed room rather than the open ceiling. It’s really a waste of space . IMO

For the price ,...really can't go wrong. I think I'd put in a smaller fridge, and Change the Back kitchen Door to a Glass one for some light in that kitchen. I'd also would of liked a model with a Garage. Cute Homes 🏡 💓 💖

Technically, a bedroom has a dedicated closet. More like a loft for a pullout couch. If you’re just starting out, would opt for the largest floor plan due to no garage storage space. Do your homework !! Prop taxes, HOA fees, MUD taxes, ask to see energy bills, water bills, etc.

So they are in a flood prone area, potentially subpar quality, listed improperly (bedroom/loft)...and still cheaper than buying a 40 year old, dated, run down mobile home where I live in Canada.

My main issue with these beside no trees, is the wasted space. The high ceilings are not ideal when they could have fit a whole bedroom up there. Also kids and lofts don’t mix.

Great video on our wonderful little suburb. Love the hometown feeling. Was established as a Quaker community though, not Amish. Friends Church sits right in the center of downtown.

Every corner cut in that build. Plus, you'd have to live in houston, which is the butthole of Texas. I wouldn't buy that for $50k.
