@me2me23 A hovercraft does levitate, it may be touching the suface of the ground however the skirt does not provide any support. So it is still levitating, and it would do this without the skirt, the skirt makes the downward force from the fans more effective.

Would take ages to learn and controll thouse beasts.. I was surten that was going to be an overturn, but it was just a perfect drift.., almost like seeing the worlds best drifters in slow motion..
