This is how my kneecaps popped out of place- be careful when attempting any kind of splits if you’ve not trained or stretched enough. I’d recommend doing it in front of a trainer first go because now my knees are absolute garbage

The rate of gaining flexibility is a very individual process. So the honest answer is it depends. It could take you as little as 3 months or even as much as some years to have your middle splits. Especially if you start from no athletic background or have weak genes flexibility wise.

I don't know how long it took me to get my front splits. But I'd say a month maybe? You need to stretch every day and once you get your splits it's gonna be sore 😢 only after a while you'll be able to stay in the splits for a while. It takes time! The older you are the longer it might take. StAy FlExY
