5 days out of the week… Two 30 second sets. -10 hip rotations on both sides -Leg stretch (as shown) 10 each -Grab a counter/chair/pillow 30 seconds>Rest 30 seconds>30 seconds

​@@mythicaltyrant7476doesn't matter which days you do it on or how many days, as long as you do 10 sets of 30 seconds per stretch every week (to total 300 secs per stretch or 5 mins every week)

This is how my kneecaps popped out of place- be careful when attempting any kind of splits if you’ve not trained or stretched enough. I’d recommend doing it in front of a trainer first go because now my knees are absolute garbage

How do I do the front split? Because I don't have a straight leg and it feels like I'm stretching and when I have a straight leg it does not feel like it is doing anything?🤔 And also Love you're content ❤️👍

Any advice on the hip rotations ? I do them a lot but they really hurt and the joint constantly pops or creams (I have joint problems and my hips have always been one of my bigger problem areas)

The rate of gaining flexibility is a very individual process. So the honest answer is it depends. It could take you as little as 3 months or even as much as some years to have your middle splits. Especially if you start from no athletic background or have weak genes flexibility wise.

I don't know how long it took me to get my front splits. But I'd say a month maybe? You need to stretch every day and once you get your splits it's gonna be sore 😢 only after a while you'll be able to stay in the splits for a while. It takes time! The older you are the longer it might take. StAy FlExY
