I need legal answers that Georgia doesn't answer. Is a murder indictment valid if it alleges aggravated assault as an underlying felony but does not charge it? If the felony murder is merged during a plea with kidnapping with bodily injury, isn't that plea void?

@George McCranie Thank you so much for explaning this complicated GA court systems i feel in a trap could you go a little bit more into detail in the aspect of misdemeanor i got one involving paraphernalia/Marijuana, i come from a state where its leagal and well am sure you could imagine my traffic stop going south real quick when i was just in town to visit some family members "Wedding" anyway thanks again ill see if you have any more videos relating ....
