Oh Mr, TAF don't say Ghana is too saturated but rather say Accra and Tema are saturated. Also since you say you go to places people abandon then I suggest you count Accra&Tema out and go build in places like Kumasi Takoradi Sunyani Tamale Keta Cape Coast and Ho. I know many people would love to buy properties in these places
