This is really inspiring! I think many of us were probably left with a desire for a bit more "meat and potatoes" type info though. For example, he's clearly busy but HOW busy? How many patients is he seeing daily? Is the bulk of the production higher yield procedures (big extract and insert cases, implants, molar endos with cerec crowns, impacted wisdom teeth etc - and what percentage of each makes up his day). Are the systems he alluded to primarily related to case presentation or are there other chair-side systems (like expanded function assistants for example or hygienists routinely numbing patients in advance of the docs arrival)? I'd love to come away from a video like this with some more concrete ideas on what I should be aspiring to in terms of raw metrics and implementable solutions to make my practice more productive, but still grateful for your work as always!

I really like Joel's videos but most of this information is hard to grasp without seeing Dr. Morkos' daily schedule. 10 million divided by their 5 dentists is 2 million. What sort of schedule does a dentist have to produce 2 million dollars?

It's a fair criticism. In general, interview videos (recordings of someone on Zoom) on KZfaq don't play as well as produced videos that are more editorialized. So I try and take the learnings from an interview and distill it down. I'm trying to find the right balance.

@@jmey meet Kevin just slaps up the raw footage and they are great to listen to. It sometime feels like here he was going to expand upon points more and they were edited out. Overall great tho!
