If Simmons does get signed by a team i say the spurs would welcome him he still provides defense abilities and passing spurs only needed a dominant defender which simmons can also convert himself as a big time defender like tony allen did. Most offensive possessions he would just take the ball passed the mid-court, pass it to someone and stay there, and the Sixers would play 4 against 5. No wonder they had a ton of turnovers, it's kinda hard to make plays when your opponent can double team without fearing some player is open.
