Adrian is quite & actually quite shy as I remember when I worked there 2010/2015 on race, …you definitely would talk to Adrian differently about his son who does karting, you get him started on that & he basically won’t shut up! You can talk to Christian, dead easy going until he’s pissed off then put ya head down & ya arse up!!

Newey isn‘t even the main designer of the RB18/19 and now 20. He obviously is the highest ranking person in the technical team of RB but he also focuses a lot of his time on the RB17 project. Waché is actually the lead designer for RB. Adrian newey didn't design that much of the actual car and floor. He spent most of his research time on the suspension. In fact he was one of the only people to work on the suspension in Red Bull so that he could prevent porpoising.
