Anger is one of the emotions that has gotten the most judgement.
It's been labelled as bad, toxic, and so on. Yet, the disownment of anger is one of the biggest problems we can have. This is when resentment builds up towards our business and relationships.
For here we disown our needs, desires and boundaries. Through reconnecting to our anger we can see where we have disowned parts of ourselves and come back to ourselves.
