This route's so hard it's putting hair on Pete's face. That puts it into perspective.

Tom, I must say you’re in the lead however you guys blew the lid off my new product. I’m working on just what you’re talking about right now. I have a two prototypes now lace and Velcro. Also been working on a new type of mid sole for crack shoes, I resole and Make custom fit climbing shoes, and would like to make you guys some shoes try out for some feedback about the product.

@fglg7 ай бұрын
me too :) I saw a guy at my old gym use to climb on this, it was essentially a 5 toed sock dipped in rubber. I've made a mold of my feet, I tested out regular rubber but it wasn't flexible enough, I couldn't get my foot in so I'm gonna do latex next and see if that works

Hi first of all, good luck with the route. It would be very nice if next time you are in a gym where you build cracks yourself, you could build a crack that is for people who are putting their hand in a crack for the first time. i would like to persuade my gym to build one and then give tips on what is a safe crack for beginners and what to look out for. Thanks for the great videos and have a great day.

What do you guys think of a fusion of climbing shoes and those barefoot shoes with separate toes. I mean it's probably quite similar to a foot glove but also with a better heal. I would love to see such a product which would make barefoot climbing much more fun I think :)

Great stuff even for people that aren't crack aficionados. This route is amazing, isn't it one of the most complete, in therms of various styles and sizes, hard crack lines out there? I wonder about the grade given in the titel/ If .14a is translated to 8b+, shouldn't 14- be less than that?
