Same, graduated basic with no family day. The stands were empty and we had to get it done with OCP's. Also about to wrap up a 20 week long AIT course. Haven't seen my wife or baby since march. Haven't gotten to see them face to face since.

my company at least got to graduate in dress blue deltas, but i broke my foot and didnt get to graduate lol went to bmp instead of itb, things are getting better hopefully i can take leave soon and see my family and friends.

I’m doing aight, Clay. I don’t think it’s mental fortitude as much as it is having an “it is what it is mentality”. My girlfriend and I have been a couple in practicality for a year but we became official while I was on the phone with her before I left MCT. We both fell in love before that. Thank god for FaceTime. You just have to take it one day at a time and remember two things. Time doesn’t stop for shit. And the longer the waiting, the sweeter the kisses. I’m hoping to go home in early next year.
