Drop sets are good if you only do one set otherwise they are too much volume. They can up intensity, bring you closer *to absolute muscular failure, and save time against four sets of volume equating the same volume. Should only be used as an advanced training tactic. *Edit

I often feel lost in the gym and I've been consitent 5 days a week for 12 months. Shoulders is one of my favorite days. I do Arnold's, one arm laterals from behind the back, cables for laterals pulling out and back and then face pulls. I have incorporate drop sets as well.

Arnold didn’t have boulder shoulders, he had aesthetic proportion, and a good proportion of common sense to know that overpowering the shoulders would make the arms look weak. The biggest disaster in modern bodybuilding is the “boulder shoulder”

This is the secret right here. Been utilizing this approach for 8 months and I'm creeping up on The Rock.. Best Advice you'll ever hear: one set at 110%.... is INFINITELY more productive than 3, 5, 10 sets at 85-95%. Try these drop sets and you will NEVER go back, because your gains, both strength and size, will start going through the motherfucking roof. Guaranfuckingteed guys....

Getting a pump and shoulder pain to the degree you dont know where to put your arms, is 100% a side effect of DBol, the steroid Arnie was on at the time. I know, because when Im natty, I cannot get my arms to that point, on gear I get there after about 4 sets.

The irony of this is that Arnolds delts were horrible in proportion to his body, especially his biceps and pecs. The Germans and people of those nearby area’s for some reason seriously lack triceps too, which Arnold terribly lacked too.
