Its a good concept. 80 to 90 percent eat very limited around 300 to 400 grams. Only ten percent are heavy eaters. Also costing of rent, salary, ac are high and depend on location to location.

YOU ARE WRONG❌❌ I belong to Kolkata and here you need not to do advance booking, its on the first come first serve basis, and payment also done after eating so they actually don't "know" How many customers would turn up. Pls don't spread the fact which you don't know

I have not said that there is ONLY advance booking. they have an option for that which is not available in a common family restaurant in a city. And even with first come first serve basis, there menu is fixed, either veg or non veg. So they have a better idea than others that how much raw material will be consumed. AS COMPARE TO RESTURANT SNACKS ARE VERY MUCH AFFORDABLE IN BUFFEE. IN 700 WE CAN EAT SNACKS UPTO 2000 AS COMPARE TO RATES IN NORMAL RESTURANT IN WHICH 1 PLATE =300
