Omg you guys are so correct about farm mangers beginning in the video im going through same thing right now. They think its there farm when they didnt make the investment 🤣🤣😅😅😅. Not only that im paying the person the person not paying me. They get to attach and forget there employees. No worries im going hire someone new soon so they understand its not there farm.

Been through such an experience but my few 10 years of farm experience have given me a perfect antidote, 'Divide and Rule'. Don't and never appoint an overall farm manager, appoint sectoral managers who give daily reports to you as the overall manager,naturally they will always snitch and watch over themselves. It will create a perfect balance of work ethic. Happy holidays farmers.

Well done Value farm, very important to bring the subject of conmen and fraudsters in this industry. Unfortunately this cuts across the whole society and its a culture we need to root out. In Kenya its 100 times worse but intergrity can win when we fight corruption at all levels. Great job value farm, am starting my goat project thanks to your inspiration.

Happy Merriments and an even Happier New Year! 2023 is the time for scaled and expanded business. I have met my fair share of Jekyll and Hydes who steal outright and complain to anyone listening to a fake sob story of how poorly they are treated, taken care of, or paid, just as an excuse to back themselves up for being thieving ingrates. But as with all businesses, our African workforce wants to be micromanaged and self-driven people who want to grow with you are so few... it's just the lay of the land. I wish we could have the guts and family support to live at the farm ourselves! The millions in it!

I think the Ugandan Gvt have to do something about it to protect you... In Zimbabwe there are offices for Vets and there are parastals like PIB in charge of pigs...Gvt needs to protect its farmers
