Buddha is a man to be symbolically taught us that the man can go beyond God or Brahma or any creature in this planet how one develops his understanding of how his/ her mind is working at this moment, in which past, future, and present all are constructed as merely a mental formation ( SANSKARA). On which BUddha paid us the path for salvation/ purification as NIRVANA. Buddha is a human being, not a god or Brahma or any powerful supernatural creature or human being. But even all human beings have the skill to be developed as a BUddha ( ARHANTH). This is the truth of BUddha and its Damma ( how one's mind is worked at this moment).

There are alot of beings who have been enlightened, possibly even your neighbor! Not every enlightened person becomes a teacher and talks about it, some just live peacefully and keep silent. Enlightenment in a basic sense is, to understand the true nature of how the universe is operating

I believe that many ppl are not afraid of death....most of them are afraid of the process of death....if death happens at just one go, then no worries....but getting sick and old age and suffering bcoz of any disease is fearful

The fear of death is what has put us in the place we are in now globally. Those in power who fear losing their power and their earthly pleasures have bent society to their will. We cannot and should not fear death, as death is merely a human construct. In this third dimensional reality there would be no life without death, as all is balanced. As I told my son, if one is anxious waiting for the exam results, it means one has not preparing full heartedly for the exam. If one has given all for the exam. One basically remain equilibrium toward the exam result.
