How I adopted Tony Robbins attitude on how can I add more value than anyone else I know and how it helped me to bring more joy to my clients and fulfillment to my work. Tony mentioned that you feel so filled up when what you do adds so much
value to people's lives that it lights them up. You can't compare that with money, and this is exactly my experience every time I help someone to smile again. What are my unique gifts and talents that I can bring to the world? I'm overjoyed to say it is my life's work. Yes! And I get to do this every day whenever I help someone smile again, it's like reliving my own joy of seeing my own smile for the very first time. For someone who hated my smile for 21 years, I actually understand the change it brings to someone's life because I've lived it myself. I put my heart and soul unto each person's smile because I know what it can do for their life and how important a job it is that I must do. I don't take this lightly at all, which is why I have traveled the world learning constantly from the best so that I can deliver and add as much value as I can to each person who entrust me with their care. How do I do that?
Number 1 - By learning the stuff that I need to learn so I can do the job well so that I know that you're in as good as hands as if I were to treat my own son or my mom.
Number 2 - By never judging. I come from a place where I know that we all have struggles and we are all trying to do the best that we can with what we have. Number 3 - By coming from a place of love, this is generally my approach to life anyway. I'm just living my true, authentic self and you will be treated
with love and care, not just by me, but by everyone when you step inside our office.
Number 4 - By supporting not only the stuff or the treatment
that I have to do to get your smile just right, but more importantly, the person that comes with the smile
I am so privileged in my work that I actually get to change lives every single day. I get to see their personalities shine, I get to share their tears of joy. Every time I help someone do that, it brings so much reward to my soul. And it all started with the simple question of how can I add value to someone's life than anyone else I know?
