In a process which would dates back decades, steel tanks can be fabricated by welding strips of mild steel together, forming a large hollow container. Such tanks are typically square or rectangular in form. Alternatively, a steel strip can be rolled, before being welded to 2 pre-manufactured ‘dished’ ends, creating a tank which will have a circular or ovoid cross section.
Steel tanks are usually available in a much greater range of sizes and capacities than plastic tanks. Some steel tank manufacturers also offer a bespoke build process, allowing you to effectively design your own tank.

У нас азербайджанец хозяин камаза нанял сварщика топливный бак на 1000л заварить на машине. Сварной потребовал пропарить бак горячий кавказец послал его на х.. и полез варить сам. Итог был печальный бортовой камаза от взрыва лёг на бок, горе "сварщик " улетел на 10м за забор с летальным исходом. Труп. Вот и шутки с тб.

I can imagine this is how stuff was made back in the early 50s with older technology and simple tools. These guys are using machines that are decades old and I can assure you that they know someone local that can mend anything on any machine if it breaks.

Stick/flux welding outdoors, inside of a box with no welding lens, face protection, gloves, closed shoes(no flip-flops don't count), and no mask to prevent breathing in the fumes .... sounds safe must pay well 👍

и все эти босые 7млрд через смартфоны познают о существовании коттеджей, бентли и тд... А мировое правительство понимает, что для обеспечения их всем тем, чем владеют жители Токио, Лондона и Парижа, придется выкачивать в 10 раз больше нефти, выплавлять в 8 раз больше металлов, рубить в 6 раз больше леса и тд. А запасной планеты у мировых банкиров нет. Тем более, что учредителям евро и доллара для сохранения уровня жизни достаточно 20 млн рабов-инженеров. Так что либо "босых" им придется истребить очередным ковидом, либо "бельгийцам" устроить такие платежи и налоги, чтобы они начали потреблять скромно. Либо оба варианта одновременно.

Во время торможения, разгона и поворотов рулем, жидкости сохраняя инерцию передвигаются в баках (цистернах) и создают смещение центров тяжести. Перегородки предназначены для минимизации этих смещений жидкостей.

Nice built, but the fuel pipe need to be removable secured rounded with bolt in case if it get blocked by dent or something else, secondly the baffled plates has to be double section with many and small amount of holes that can keep the fuel from moving inside the thank.

Таким же вопросом задался )) Перый раз взял сварочный в руки, нахватался зайчиков, ночью как будто в глаза песка насыпали. На следующий день поехал за хамелеоном, т. к. ещё доваривать печку в баню надо было 😂

Saldare senza protezioni adeguate è pericoloso per gli occhi, pelle e polmoni. Molti anni fa, quando eseguivo un lavoro analogo, per i serbatoi usavamo lamiera zincata, nel caso della lamiera nera, veniva verniciata internamente per evitare formazioni di grumi e sfogliature che intasano il flusso gasolio. Comunque avete eseguito un buon lavoro considerando la manualità di tutto il processo. 👍

It is incredible to still see production processes, carried out by workers deprived of basic protective footwear. Bearing in mind that steel always has surface rust, even with the slightest scratch, the risk of tetanus is very high, amputation of the limb is a matter of time.

asi trabajo yo aqui en argentina , por tener mas de 30 años en el oficio , pero ya nadie me da trabajo por ser viejo ya a nadie le interesa que tengas experiencia trabajando quieren gente de 20 años de edad y un par de meses de experiencia PD: tengo 53 años y las empresas ya me consideran viejo y eso que me faltan 15 años para jubilarme.

Just copying the original tank. They are general fabricator and welder not specialist. Next day they might be fabricating entirely different item and so on that is why they cant affoard dedicated tools for specific fabrication coz next time they might not be doing same

Faria um comentário sobre a falta de uso de EPIS e o uso de mão de obra infantil, mas percebi que já havia um comentário semelhante. Os caras são muito louco cara. A construção do tanque é quase que toda artesanal e usam os recurso que dispõe. Mano os caras são vida loca, horas usam a mascara de solda, horas não usam, trabalham com lixadeira, disco de corte, não usam protetor facial. O negócio é produzir. Ao final fazem o teste de estanqueedade e percebe se que não vasou. Nem um teste de LP eles fazem na solda.😆
