Is Carhartt made in America? That is the question I set out to answer, but in doing more research I found a much deeper and more interesting story. After all, the real appeal of domestically made products is the positive impact on our family, friends, and community. In the town of Irvine Kentucky, I learned of a Carhartt factory which had a very interesting story to tell.

0:00 Is Carhartt Made in America?
1:43 An Honest Trade
Reviews of clothing, boots, and accessories for men, along with style advice and life philosophy. I've been working with my hands for my entire life as a mechanic, tow truck driver, and eventually a licensed electrician. Being a blue collar guy, I look for certain elements in a product: is it durable? Is it high-quality? Will it perform well over its service life? Whether boots, pants, jackets, or tools I believe it's best to buy once and cry once by getting the best you can afford. With so many options these days, choosing the best product can become a difficult decision, but that's where I come in. Helping you stay stylish, rugged, and handsome.
I don't care where it's made as long as it's made well, and allows you to buy less and buy better.

I’ve worked at Carhartt Supply Chain in Irvine for the last 7 years. There are people in my family who used to see in the basement of the original building. I used to sit in the backseat of my moms car when I was a kid and eat lunch with her on her break from sewing Arctic bibs. William is a wonderful and humble leader. Carhartt is lucky to have him. He makes us proud to be a part of this Brand and tell our story.

All I can say about Carhartt is that I was handed down a Carhartt jacket 15 years ago, at the time that jacket was 20 years old. 35 years later and that jacket is being ready to be handed down again. Excellent brand, and knowing more of their story makes it even more special.

Nice. Greetings from a UK guy living and working in The Netherlands. I've always loved Carhartt since I was a teenager. It means more to me now that I'm in my forties. Keep up the great work with the channel. I should hopefully receive my delivery from Carhartt NL tomorrow, where in the package is the new Super Dux insulated traditional coat. Hope it looks as good on me as it did on you in your Super Dux awareness video. Anyway, you can't beat tradition, authenticity and heritage even in these uncertain times.

After watching this, it became obvious that this transcended the usual realm of KZfaq entertainment and was actually documenting modern American history. If I had one criticism, it would be that I would have liked it to be much longer. Nonetheless it's 10/10- pure perfection!
