@@Philadelphiamalayale The 1st time Real estate. He worked as an agent, sold volume and bought some for himself. The 2nd time, real estate and financial coaching.

I don't always agree with his retirement strategies, but Dave is great when it comes to discussions about paying down debt. He's the "old school tough love dad" that kicks your psyche in the butt when necessary, calls you out, and holds you accountable for any stupid decisions you make.

@@raymond_sycamore Well, I was referring to his withdrawal strategies in retirement. Just because someone is great in one area doesn't mean that their word should be taken as gospel in another area. He is great in dealing with getting out of debt. He needs to stay in that lane. Many of his followers are "ride or die" with him about everything he says. I said that if they want to jump off a cliff after he does, then they had better pack a parachute.

I found Dave Ramsey on Fox business channel many years ago. I watched and realized everything he said I agreed with. I told my wife that this is how we are going to live from here on and she happily agreed. I’m now 59, retired and enjoying life. This guys the real deal. “Live like no one else so later you can live like no one else”. That’s me!! Thanks Dave!

Entrepreneurship has EVOLVED and these questions are giving ‘intermediate’ level. I wish you would have really picked his mind. What a wonderful interview!!! Thank you for this video. One thing I'd like to mention is how the words economy and ecology have the same Latin root word, eco, basically translating to home. To me, this shows that to have a healthy home, we need solutions that are both economically AND environmentally intelligent. With this in mind, the Federal tax credit for Solar PV and solar hot water panels is 30%. What are your thoughts Dave and Jaspreet on sustainability? I'd love to know.

I knew about Dave before KZfaq was born. This man build what he built while raising a family. Every youtube finance learn from his teachings the difference is they remove God out it and teach debt leverage to be called different. My love and respect for Dave Ramsis and his Family. Great interview. In the age of insta everything people dont want to wait 30yrs to be wealthy. I have followed his methods, even when i disagreed, and am financially free well ahead of "retirement". wealth & retirement is a long ball game regardless of what people say on social media. We followed Dave when it was still “The MoneyGame” on talk radio. We followed it perfectly, even the marriage advice. So we achieved financial peace and now we are on track for FIRE, so we can full time do the work we want to do even though those jobs don’t pay well. Even our kid is following your path😊❤

I used to Listen to Dave on long road trips when the kids were in the car. It caused great conversations and they seemed to learn financial freedom by osmosis. My kids (older now) are very successful (proud dad) but even though I don’t agree with Dave 100% I think those shows helped with my children’s financial success.
