I had a pretty serious addiction to porn. I picked up the book “every man’s battle” and confessed it to some close friends. Have not looked at porn in 15 years. I credit stopping porn to having a great marriage and solid small business. Once your brain is re-wired it will be much easier.

This one was for me. As a Black man, it is difficult to reprogram what and so many others were taught growing up. That is that young Black men should prioritize chasing women when we aren’t focused on other unimportant things such as materialism and clout.

Great video. I did it years ago and it allowed me to see women for the long term qualities they had outside of sex. It helped me see very clearly which women only had sex to offer. My current lady is having a fit because sex doesn't allow her to manipulate me and she has bring more than her cooch to the relationship.

Whether it’s food, drink, drugs or even fitness training , if you’ve become obsessed with it, you are damaging yourself. Your audience includes a lot of 30-40-50 and even 60 year olds. As we get older desexualizing your brain isn’t really as big a problem. The larger problem maybe having a healthy sexual appetite. I’m glad you’re balanced and include videos on how to be a better sexual partner. Continue giving advice on having a healthy sex life as we age.
