Exactly! That's the main reason why I started working out in the first place! I didn't want to wind up like most of the people in my family. I see people that were older than me at the time I started my fitness journey who had big breasts and big behinds and those are the men! LOL that and along with the fact that I did not want to be the man at the family/class reunion with the big potbelly who can barely fit into his clothes! I already have cerebral palsy I'm not looking to have any more problems. So in 1997 at the age of 20 I started taking control of my own health by doing 40 arm curls and 40 sit-ups for 30 minutes a day 5 days a week, as time went on I moved it up to 1 hour a day 5 days a week and now I'm up to 2 hours a day 7 days a week and I've been working out everyday for almost 27 years. If I can do all of that with my problems what is your excuse?! This should be a Clarion call for all black men! If you're good to your body while you're young it will be good to you and your later years. Don't wait till you're in Busta rhymes position before you start changing yourself.

And get your heart checked a lot of people don't get their heart checked and all they be needing is some high blood pressure medicine to keep them alive my doctor told me one time he said you need high blood pressure pills and at that time I was still young I'm 57 now and I'm like you know what I don't need no heart blood pressure pills and one day my heart starts fluttering real fast and real hard and it would not stop and I start seeing black pepper like bugs in front of my eyes and I could not catch them I'm trying to catch them and I started coughing and I called my doctor and I told my doctor what happened he said those are heart flutters and he said and what you seen were call floaters in your eyes that means there's something's wrong in the body very bad I immediately Rush my little young ass down to the doctor's office start getting my medicines I take norvus and I'm still taking them until this day and I let myself get a heart problem by partying in back in the day seriously and I let myself get a heart problem I am not the person that go back and test the waters because the waters are always going to be either freezing cold or burning hot and one of them are going to take you out you're either going to freeze to death or you going to burn to death I leave the waters alone that mean do not go back to the old things that you were doing because you're still the same way not good for you look at DMX look what he did he went back and he test the waters and the waters to him out of here that is not going to be me I'm too old for that s*** and if you're doing anything check your heart it's time to put this s*** down if you're in your late 40s it's time to grow up and stay alive God loves you and so do I❤❤

@@RubenBommelin Thanx bro! Appreciate that read! Busta's a Hip Hop *artist* not just a rapper. Many in the HH culture are extremely knowledgeable; it actually goes with it. Especially the East Coast and Cali artists who are into anything from esoterica, occult philosophy, religious history and poetry to martial and fine arts. DMX was a walking encyclopedia on ancient Eastern religion, philosophy and martial arts. Ice Tea was selling his music over AOL back in the 90s and predicted streaming as the new self distribution for musicians. The majority of these guys have genius level IQs. Folks need to stop stereotyping. ----------
