Dear Bahare, I knew BTS after seeing Jungkook in Qatar. After that, I watched all of Run BTS episodes, where I learned about Taekook. The first time I noticed was the way Jungkook looked at Tae. Immediately I recognize the look as it's similar with the look that my husband gave to me when we were a new couple (he still gives me that look once and a while and we've been married for 20 years 😀). Before Taekook, I was a homophobe, but after seeing them, I now accept that love is love. I first watched your channel when I had my suspicions about TK, and I love most of your theories and analysis. You helped me in finding the beautiful story about TK. I can imagine how hard it must have been for you to handle all the hate. I can only wish you strength in supporting TK coz I believe they have an even harder time, as you said in this video. New Army since March this year. I’ve seen countless original videos of them. I fell in love with the 7. I discovered the topic of ships, but it was something that never interested me. Despite this, I was struck by the special bond between Kookie and Tete. I began to look closely at their body language telling me that this was not a fanservice. I gradually became a believer and not a shipper. It is true that I have dealt with homophobic people, haters, etc, but right now this belief has gained more strength. Thank you for sharing this with us, although the Army's who are following you for quite some years now or from the beginning that you started your channel knowing this why you became a Taekooker, but for the new ARMY'S it's always a good introduction/knowing who you are and where you started. You are my first Taekook channel i followed as a Taekooker but i'm, like you know and the most around here are, still an OT7 Army! If i didn't noticed things between them i wouldn't have find your channel, that brought me comfort and to see more of them. I came out of a broken relation from 14 years, that i thought was strong and forever, so with the experience i had, like i was head over heels for him and same for him the first 13 years, i saw many related things between them about "how you react, look etc when you love someone more as "a friend" and thanks to your channel/ you i didn't felt alone anymore. You never ever gave me a feeling to push us or something, like you've always said..it's just a theory. I also will never mention my full opinion in words or writing what other channels do or say and start a war because they know "everything" and the channel i mean is also the channel i saw many content that you made/edited, there was even a Taekooker in that channels comments that mentioned your channel because it was indeed exactly the same so i did the same and said we saw it from you, i still follow that channel but it's so toxic and it's like it knows Tae and JK personally..it drives me nuts because its due to such channels we getting many hate, like we Taekookers are a disease. I found BTS because of Taekook. I saw two people who appeared very much in love, and wanted to know who they were and what their story was, because seeing the love in their eyes when they looked at one another was mesmerising, and beautiful. I then found BTS, listened to and loved their music, was blown away by their dancing, and fell in love with all 7 members. Big Hit should not worry so much that showing Taekook moments will lose fans (although I understand hiding them while military service was yet to happen / is ongoing)... They are actually the reason I have spent hundreds of pounds on BTS music and solo albums... because I found BTS thanks to Taekook. And I am not the only one. I was very much like you. I disliked the idea of shipping real people. But the same thing happened to me. I had a weird feeling, and it turned into something. Your channel has always been about the happiness of the boys; whatever that happines may be. You have never made claims without something to back it up, and you always allow for other opinions. You are open minded in the best way! You also always have a positive outlook for us, who watch your videos. I really want to thank you for everything. I’m glad I found your channel! I really enjoy your videos and observations so much.I am a “Baby Army” having found out about BTS in the Dynamite era, when I saw them on late night tv. I came in late to their performance so I didn’t know who they were but I was truly AMAZED by what I was witnessing. I went on YT to try and find their name and then I found the James Cordon carpool karaoke, and the crosswalk concerts and they were so cute, funny and charming I was hooked. I didn’t know ANYTHING about fan service or shipping as part of the KPop culture, but I realized later that I had just naturally become a Taekooker because I could SEE that the interactions between Tae and Jk were of a different quality from their interactions with the other members. When Jk sat on Tae’s lap during the PTD concert, I believed without a doubt that there was something deeper between them. From that point I just became more observant and more convinced. I eventually found that people who thought like me had a name and there were actually YT channels devoted to supporting them and sharing videos and pictures of their sweet and special bond. I think the fact that Jk and Jimin enlisted together as companions is actually proof that they are NOT in a relationship. They don’t have to worry about possibly being caught being affectionate, or sneaking a tender touch or quick kiss or anything like that, because they don’t have those types of feelings for each other - just normal close friendship and brotherly love. They can support each other comfortably and easily without risking exposure, because there is nothing between them to expose. That’s just what I think anyway. Thank you for hanging in there when the hate and bullying began. So many of us appreciate what you do, especially now that they are doing MS, and how you love Taekook and are not giving up on them.

When I first come through your channel. That was the first thing which linger in my mind. Why and how you stand all the odd to be true to yourself ? I am so greatfull you share this🥰

Thank you for sharing you thoughts. It's always interesting hearing others experience regarding Taekook. 😊 I joined the fandom in late 2014 and the shipping in kpop didn't appeal to me at all. As someone from Northern Europe, where we don't really have that culture, I had a hard time understanding why people would ship real people. As I was watching Taekook's bond develop throughout the years though, it became crystal clear that something about their relationship changed around mid 2016. A lot of us older fans noticed this. There wasn't this much hate in the fandom back then though. People were more respectful around Taekook, because it was so clear that those two were figuring something out. So we just kinda gave them space and support. I wish the newer fans could have witnessed that themselves - the change that naturally happened in Taekook's bond from debut until mid 2016. If they did, I don't think there would be this much hate around Taekook. And watching content from back then doesn't give the same understanding - people kinda have to had been there to experience it. That's why it makes me happy when newer fans open their minds and consider the possibility. It's all really there, if you aren't afraid of seeing it. Thank your for making videos and sharing your theories with us all this time. I think you have always done so in a mature and respectful way. If people are mad or spreading rumors about you, it's only because your theories hit a nerve. If it didn't, then people would simply not care 💁‍♀ I mean, I don't care about horror movies, so I don't go looking for those online communities. I love your channel because you are so clear and give us background when needed and for a baby army (jumped into the bts wormhole September 30th this year) I think is important to understand things and not get confused by all the edited shorts all over social media. And just as you say I quickly found it suspicious when they cut taekook moments short or simply made them step away from each other when they were just literally just standing next to one another and their sadness could be felt through the screen. I am currently doing my "investigation project" on bts, trying hard to see all the content I can and memorize as much songs as I can😅 in the next few months. ❤

The amount of hate they must receive for being a perceived couple is evidenced by the fact that Jungkook almost immediately had to turn off comments during the Live he did the night of the movie premiere in April. I did not see the broadcast live as it happened, so I don't know what the comments were, but Jungkook's reaction to them was unmistakable and very sad.
