I have been repairing tires for almost a decade now but only tubeless tires. Bicycle tubes are all I have repaired. I have never seen anything like this. Thank you very much for the information

We did some research and you are correct. It didn't say trail on it, it said trial so we believe it was a prototype or something. Nearest I could tell I think they are the size of elbow implants
