There is no reason to kill an animal like that when there are so many shelters. There are pretty harsh animal cruelty laws on the books and knowing what we know of the psyche of people who do such things they should try to find them. With all the cameras out there, it could be an easy solve. I wish they would. Remember the first child abuse case was won using the Animal Cruelty Law because they had no Human Cruelty Laws.
