It's too easy to forget to take care of yourself when the need is so great. But we all need to remember that God is big enough to see his will carried out while you're taking care of yourself and your family. There are so many families in ministry who are dealing with this and are afraid to talk about it. Thanks for starting this conversation!

I'm a Pastor and I am burn out in my ministry...I feel so tired that I am thinking if I will continue to Pastor in my Church or not. I feel very worried and need Wisdom from others and most especially God who knows what my heart status is. Please pray for me brethren.

I’m a Pastor too. I have struggled with burnout, anxiety, and depression. Thank God I’m so much better, but we need to put rest to practice and recharge ourselves. If we are called then there is grace to do His work.

I’m honestly elated to hear a husband celebrated his wife with the love that most wife’s look forward too. Lord Jesus teach us wife’s daily how to treasure the men you given to us let your Holy Spirit zero in on us how to, when to, and wait until it’s the best time to approach him to share our feelings. I pray for the men of God for supernatural strength through the power of the Holy Spirit. Isaiah 54:17.

Have you considered people who work in industry and serve God? Monday to Friday, we work at our jobs. Saturday and Sunday, we work full time at church. We want to quit so badly! 😂😂😂😂😂

While I whole heartedly agree you should tend to your family. You lost me at “I can find another church”, uh no, you need to love your church family, they need to be loved. You don’t just go “find another church”. Fairly confident this is one of many problems in todays church, it’s just a job.

Pastors are not God, they get tired, and don’t have perfect love; people need to learn how to turn to God for love .
