After I descended into beta simp territory in a vain, futile, and desperate attempt to salvage my marriage back in early Fall of 2013, and after my now ex-wife divorced soon thereafter, I had to do a lot of soul searching. I analyzed my behavior, was utterly disgusted by it, and decided that I would never allow myself to fall again into such depths of beta simpdom again. I learned form my mistake and I am still ashamed by it. Never again.

I had a girl literally go back to my car after a date and we hooked up in the backseat. She literally brought up politics and I stood my ground in my stance. She knew what my views were before even meeting me cause it’s on my dating profile but she still went out with my anyhow. I just find it funny she brought it up after the fact of banging me. Then like two days later she cut it off due to our “differences”. I wouldn’t say it was a loss in my eyes. If a girl cuts it off with you it’s not always a bad thing and I wouldn’t consider it that I lost frame because you can’t change a liberals mind 😅

My wife gets up at 4am in the morning to see me off in the morning for work, she makes my lunch ect.. puts out my clothes ect.. when I get home, washes me done, scrubs my back. Even puts toothpaste on my toothbrush. I always drive. But I had to buy the cow before I taste the milk if you understand. Very respectable woman from Beirut Lebanon.

What kind of car do you drive? Ect..... so I found a humble Christian woman from Beirut Lebanon, who worked in a law firm for 23 years. Myself I'm a combat veteran, went to college, graduated, also worked at the state as a senior inspector overseeing multi million dollar projects. Now I'm the superintendent/asphalt foreman at a construction company. I also just recently filled as a LLC for tax deductions and bought a sawmill. Holthusen & Seaman LLC. Plan on bringing in my wife's brother's into the game. They both absolutely could be rock stars here. One has a degree in hotel restaurant management from Harvard University the other has a degree in computer science. Both speak multiple languages ect.... all of their friends are doctors, lawyers, engineers, architect's ect...

Today, this woman is a mess, as her natural role has been stripped. Her brain has to catch up and evolve, and quick! I noticed you emphasized your lady's career. It seems as though the career oriented woman has become the modern good girl or marriage material wife, as there seems to be not much space for actual traditional women, as technology and culture have removed that role 95% . However, the stripper and hoe type of deal is still on the table (modern version - Instagram model). So the two a man is choosing from now is the Instagram/ stripper/only fans/ indecisive emotional unstable but cute girl for short term vs the marriage material career women

An example of frame I just thought of comes from The Godfather. During a small scene where Sonny, his mother and friends are having dinner, his sister mentions that their father (Vito C) never discussed business at the dinner table. That was Vito’s frame. Immediately things change & the family resorts back to Vito’s rules (frame) even though he was in hospital.

Very true. My wife knows for an absolute fact, that I lead and she follows. And when it comes up that she disagrees, she says it respectfully. My response is usually the same. I disagree and state my points and end with, we are not doing that because if it does side ways I'm the one that has to fix it. I rather fix something I messed up. Now remember this is my wife not my girlfriend. If it was my girlfriend I would barely explain why. She is totally in my frame and I know I am really blessed because I hear HOROR stories of what guys are dealing with now a days. Ps. I agree with Rich also. It's tough to KEEP a girl in your frame especially initially. But it gets WAY easier the more you're in the relationship because they start to settle with the fact that they can't mold you into what they want. And they convince themselves that truly you are thier best option and if you believe what you believe that deeply, then you must be right.

I have been in recently in some relationship ( 6 months) with modern bossy type woman.She was at first warm, she was more in touch with me. After few months she accused me of treating her with equality rules when dating and paying for dates. Quite funny how she did not consider herself a feminist at this time. If she did it would mean GAME OVER for her on financial level, so she has lied to me and herself while exploiting me. Later on nagging has started and while she was expecting me to be traditional she came out more and more as feminist.We clashed few times and relationship has ended. I could not stand her telling me as Rich says basic things adult person knows already. As for me there can be only one masculine person in relationship between a man and a woman. If a woman tries to take over your masculine characteristics ,it means that you met a bossy woman/ feminist type and if you have balls you'd leave ASAP.Remember guys. A feminist can be very sexy dressed and seducing but her behaviour and actions will tell you who she is.

Deprogramming the beta took a long time for me. I started the process after my less than satisfactory experiencess with women, and later during the process, I joined a men's team (men's masculine support circle), and it helped me deprogram the beta male out of me gradually. I would suggeat joining a men's team for any man who want to deprogram the beta programming out of them. The men's team strengthened the masculine and removed most of the feminization out of my behavior. It is like going to the gym to get stronger.

Girls reserve the right to flake at any point in a relationship, so act accordingly. A meaningful romantic relationship is practically impossible in a society that promotes women's independence. How in the world can you become committed to a woman who doesn't owe you shוt? It's a problem from day 1. You go out on the first date, pick up the bill for dinner, and then she can ghost you the next day. The fact that you paid for dinner is meaningless. Then, if you somehow do end up in a relationship, you can become emotionally invested and she can monkey branch to a hotter guy. And that's without saying anything about marriage, which is worse than castration. The more independent women become, the bigger the risk of you getting screwed and feeling like a loser. It's like all relationships that do work, are accidents. They work in spite of a hostile society. And many of them are time bombs wanting to go off. So it's just a matter of time till they too fail. Relationships are not detached from the surrounding societal environment, from the cultural atmosphere etc. But rather deeply entwined with it. As long as society is profoundly sick, the default result for relationships will remain 'failure'.

How to kill the beta? Work more. Focus on making money. Making yourself stronger, better, physically and mentally. Make it a practice to reduce “necessities” in your life. Focus on upgrading your life, wardrobe, network, investments. Do not make women your priority. If you have to second guess yourself with a chick, and it’s too difficult and it doesn’t feel like it’s serving or benefiting your program, fuck it, get off the ride. You don’t need them. They need you. Make it so obvious. Then allow them into your life under the conditions that it remains fun and it’s building both people up.

On how to leave the "beta" tendencies behind: Learn to internalize your own locus of control before beginning a new relationship. Define your particular personal boundaries early. With a solidly internalized locus of control you should be able to maintain your frame on your personal likes and dislikes and what you will and will not tolerate(your shoulds and should nots) in a relationship. Anything beyond that can and arguably should be used as terms for negotiation. Once you have taught her the art of negotiation about lifestyles or living arrangements life "should be" a lot more peaceful because she will recognize and feel safer around you because you are not insisting on having every decision go your way. You come across as reasonable rather than trying to monopolize total control of the relationship.

The simplest and most effective way of maintaining this "frame" or whatever it is: At any circumstances, in all situations, before every decision ask yourself a single question: What else, apart from emptying my balls, do I get from this girl? In 99% percent of cases the answer will be "absolutely nothing". After the answer is given, take you decisions.

Yes, I was thinking the same thing. To be honest I somewhat "envy" him. He's young, have some red pill knowledge already and his relationship was very short. He didn't have enough time to create that strong emotional bound with her so the pain or trauma are not so much. I had a break up after 5 years of LTR nad that hit very hard.

Love this one. “Don’t brush your teeth there” and Rich says “it’s your house, you’ve got a cleaner coming in”. Outside of that would be your mind is on something more important that you need to do and she doesn’t have anything better to do. Those are the details that make the petty statement of “don’t brush your teeth there” moot. That’s the type of detail that is missing. You actually need to own the house, you actually need to have a cleaner hired coming by, you actually have something more important to do. As a red pilled beta, I’ve lived that speech and had none of those reasons I could stand on, so I complied. To me it’s more than attitude, it needs to actually be real to be effective. Def feel like Nick and how tough it is to say that with conviction. I’m here to learn, please correct me if I’m wrong, but unless you have things in place to factually stand on reasons, and just use pure “no I won’t”, is if you saw your father or father figure be able to do that.

rich is right. BPD for sure. i do deep trauma work/ cellular memory release for actually dealing with the wounds in the unconscoius. it is all there, and it takes over the conscious mind as tine goes on in a relationship, because its the 95% of what lives and breathes us,. like you dont really breathe or beat your heart, do you?well, all these reactions, splitting, and needs stem from this repression. i was an empath unplugged beta male bonded to someone who was demonstrated both BPD and narcissism. it was gnarly man. but what massive growth as of a week ago! i realized it was on me, i needed to level up and start to meet my needs first. i was always chasing her, being the anxious, people pleasing avoidant attachment style. anyway, what happened here is the chick issues is with her father back then. not now. therefore, those issues are repressed in the unconscious. doesnt matter what her conneciton with dad is now. you have to vet the early childhood and if she did the inner work to deal with it in presence and awareness. so, sounds like she love bonbed homie and then split, flip flopped due to starting to feel uncomfortable, because the intention of this guy, regardless of beta male, was to project secure attachment style, which energetically was felt by her repression. She lost it because a secure relatioship is foreign and not safe... we default to the familiar, becuase again, 95% of what we don't see is what is running the show. Without emotional intelligence and "seeing it for what it is" like a stoic, it will be a bumpy ride on both sides as we become liabilities to ourselves; not the other. Just my two stoner cents... thanks rich. i need a dose of this kind of information now.

I use to spin about six plates or so at aa time. No exaggeration. Once I got in a LTR, I maintained that I see other women and she has to deal with it. Years later. I see any woman I want and she gets mad about it. But never says anything. One time she pulled a fist full of hair out of my butt crack. Then a week later she found tons of hair in my sweater. She cries but then falls right back in line. If you maintain frame, never bend you can live an amazing life. She knows I can walk away at any moment and is always fighting to keep me. She tries to shit test me from time to time. But finds out she will never get me to bend.

He said this is the 2nd time a girl broke up with him but they did not give him a reason why. The two ex-girlfriends basically used him and manipulated him and for them to brake up with him goes to show that the 2 women are repulsive, toxic, narcissistic and passive aggressive. I would be absolutely furious if that happened to me. This is absolutely disgusting how he has been treated.

I had a female best friend in my early 20s and she referred to a process that she always did with her boyfriends. She called it Bitch-Making her men. She said she would have one boyfriend and get him to fall in love with her and then she would find an additional guy and tell her boyfriend about him. She told me that at first her boyfriend was really pissed and angry but eventually she would get her 1st boyfriend to give in so she could date another man at the same time. She said she would eventually get her men to give in on every little thing she knew they did not like and then she called it bitch-making a man or turning a man into a bitch and getting a high off of it.
