Really enjoyed that clip. I think the very label 'talented' is dangerous (Carol Dweck). I see so many parents anxious to label their children as footballers, mathematicians, musicians, etc. - all to the detriment of the child as all it does is switch them off to the things which they are not *yet* able to do proficiently (compared to their peers).
