I've been doing screeding over decades. you do very good job. no use of poly trowel. does the most of job with level and nice steel trowel finish. not many boys do the proper screed levelling like you nowadays. thumbs up.

Hi Mate yes of course we use sydney sand or Newcastle sand if you in Australia 🇦🇺 for screed under tile.

How do you workout how much you need?

Good question. But its also depends on how thick your laying the screed. A simple workout would like if you are screeding an area which is about 30 and the thickness is around 3-35mm you need roughly 1 ton of sand and 10 cement 20kg each.
