4. Is to say you define success as helping others. When we help other people it can be very rewarding and again this shows you to be the type of employee who will put your team first and provide great service to customers and clients.

Option # 3 with one adding: ... while I trully believe my coleagues will have a supporting attitude when I ask for their help. This small adding shiels me from being framed bad mouthed, back stabbed and my boss will fall for these. Hence the boss by knowing in advance my definition of success, hopefully, will not fall for, again, such dirty tactics.

I hate questions like these. Job interviews should feel more like an engaging conversation where the candidate provides their relevant skills, experiences and what they can offer to the company. Not like a one-sided interrogation. This is why so many candidates fail at structured interviews because of the pressure to provide the "correct" answers.

These are terrible! No one is going to hire you with these kinds of answers. Employers care about what you are going to do to drive their bottom line and these answers miss the mark by a mile.
