Certain scenes in MCU are straight out Alex Ross especially the Lighting.

While I loved hearing Alex Ross wax eloquent about the characters, the question in the title wasn't really answered.

That's a problem with pretty much all of the X villains they flip flop back and forth constantly.

The guys/gals? who did the first OHBOTMU really screwed up alot of weight heights. I even discussed this with Roy who was no longer at Marvel in the 80's sadly. One of the biggest screw ups was the height/weight of the Thing. They had him listed as like 6ft 500lbs. Which I found moronic, if that was the case. The Hulk was 7 foot or 7-1" tall and a 1,000 LBS. The thing should be like 6-5" or 6-6". As Ben Grimm like 6-3" or 6-4" and weigh like 240-250 lbs in NFL lineback shape too. Physically fit. Mike M

Not that I didn't enjoy it, but we didn't hear anything about HOW he designs his layouts. It was just reflection abt the characters he liked rendering.

You know it's bad when even such a pro artist is sick of all the retcons and revivals. Just let the damn characters die and stay dead or if they come back change them in some way like Bucky. At the very least make their death matter. It's honestly the reason I've stopped reading comics altogether. Nothing changes, nothing progresses, it all just feels the same. I got tired of it after a while and now I'm just sticking to manga instead cuz at least it's linear and things *change* and *progress* as the story goes on. Anyone who bothered to read this thank you for coming to my TedTalk.

I hope Mr. Ross didn't see MODOK in Marvel Studios' horrendous "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania." Yet another terrible depiction of a classic Marvel villain. Next up: Adam Warlock! He looks terrible too, as per usual for the MCU.
