My buddies and me are practicing pit maneuvers on the county back roads with some old beater cars we have. Thank you for the tips.

This is great. Really well explained and demonstrated, drom how the cars were parked when he explained it, and the split shots showing his footwork. The drone shots were fantastic as well for that bird's eye view to really see how it's done. Nicely done

Would like to get input on the what sort of factors pavement has on pits? Of course gravel is nice easy beans but dry pavement wouldnt that add alot of drama / more force?

On pavement, there is more friction and the PIT requires slightly more momentum. As a result from the extra force applied, things happen a little more faster and dramatic.

@1:26 you said HIT the car nice and far back, showed a clip of the car closing in from more than a foot away then changed direction at @2:30 said you don't use hits, you use a push..... -match speed - touch make contact- turn and accelerate
