Five Star cement is what most commercial divers use for underwater repairs. However standard pool cement with additional cement not marble dust can be used by mixing about a1/4 cup of calcium chloride prils to a gallon of water to make the cement cure fast underwater. Cement pigment can be used to blend colors.

I have a pond that is lined with EPDM and because of its shape, I have some wrinkles underwater that are damaged allowing a slow leak. Which specific product can I use for me to dive down and patch the leak?

By having so many additives and accellerants in it that it will set up so fast it does not have a chance to float away. So you can even pack it into an active leak and some might wash out, but a bunch stays. Two or three tries and it is all plugged. This product expands as it cures, which is uncommon for concrete products which usually shrink as they sure.

Hello. Does it affect water itself. Is it safe for example to use this in a fish tank?
