After spending years watching Pokemon speedruns through events and my favorite Twitch streamers, I decided to see just how difficult it would really be to learn how to speedrun the first generation, all within a week of streaming on my Twitch channel. Today we're going to find out how easily you can speedrun Pokemon Red and Blue. This video took a lot of time and effort to put together, so I'd really appreciate it if you shared this with a friend. "If he goes for Sky Attack you'll have to full restore" Full restores remove all your stat boosts in RBY though which would remove your x speed/accuracy. Hyper potion instead

Dude Johnstone, thank you for doing what you do. I just finished a Professor Oak challenge on a physical cartridge of Sapphire today. Your videos are super fun and informative, and you have a fantastic way with explanations and humor. Funnily I've had to rewatch some videos because of the late hour and I found myself being lulled to sleep by your voice. Hey, maybe as a future video you could find an original Prima's Official Strategy Guide and read the whole thing cover to cover to help us Poké-insomniacs sleep dude!
