My hat's off to these people, I am an old Iron Foundry Worker, Making this type of casting was a pain because you had to get the fins from breaking off, Plus these Dudes are pouring Hot Molten Metal in Sandles. Ya'll Got some Stones.

As I am a indian i know these motor should work more than powder coted and glamorous motor which is using aluminum coil 😂. We use high quality bearings and copper coil more than that of US and china. And all of it's nuts and fan if rust it's cost us only one dollar 😊

Ребята честно зарабатывают свой хлеб. Мне, как человеку, избалованному цивилизацией, в голову бы не пришло отливать корпус двигателя в кустарных условиях. Но, если жизнь заставит, придётся постараться. Мой дедушка, будучи машинистом паровоза, подрабатывал после войны тем, что отливал алюминиевые ложки.

Workmanship and machine parts are very poor. One thing in particular was noticed, the plastic at the base of the bolt on the pump side was cracked, yet the mechanic tightened the nut over the broken plastic cover.

What a horribly made pump!, my God I can't even imagine a poorer quality product, all the rusty screws, missing washers, a complete lack of self locking nuts, the worn out and inappropriate tools used, pouring a little teeny bit of varnish over the stator windings when it should have been submerged for several minutes into hot varnish then left to drip, then the faces and threaded holes cleaned and chased and so on, I served an apprenticeship as an armature winder and I know about things like this

We could go on & on about pretty much the entire process, including the complete lack of safety! The entire process is about a hundred years old, but that's pretty much what these people can afford. Those workers make the average equivalent of around $200 USD PER WEEK! We know that pump & motor would cost about $500 usd to buy in the US & many other countries around the world.
