Убило конечно испытание на работоспособность, прямо за резьбу трёхкулачковым. Ну и по ходу техпроцесс странноватый, шестерни без закалки, одна токарная операция лишняя, а как делают крышки, мы сами должны догадаться?

Насчёт лишней токарной операции -- похоже что они минимизируют количество проходов фрезой на ЧПУ. Видимо, токарных станков с условно бесплатными резцами у них много, а ЧПУ с дорогими фрезами -- один.

Насосы Шестеренчатые - это средние давления - 100-110. Высокого давления Коаксиальные - плунжерные по форме они согнутые - там давления за 200 атм.

@@Zzrdemon6633я уже более двадцати лет работаю с гидравликой и все шестеренные насосы имеют шестерни с термической обработкой. при высоком давлении сырые шестерни не только будут быстрее изнашиваться, их просто сломает нагрузкой.

Problem is, customers require at an absolute minimum, a certain specified pressure and flow rate, sustainable for say 20,000 hours. And while the workers produce something, there isn’t any indication that the end results are kept in mind. They certainly are not tested for in the end. It would be a miracle if the goals were met after all those random and uncontrolled processes.

Hydraulic pumps are not for your average person. These are for bulldozers, graders, cranes and the like. These equipments sell for tens of thousands of dollars or rent for hundreds of dollars per day. That requires them to be very reliable with little downtime. And when parts are new, they expect it to work 100%. Just because a pump can push against a finger, that's less than 1% of the pressure under actual use.

Developing countries have their unique ways of doing things, and they are usually based on the best local knowledge available to them. In reality, if an inexpensive pencil can work as effectively in space as a $1 million NASA-developed pen, then who are we to argue on the approach. Ultimately, the consumers in Pakistan will decide the fate of a company's product based on its performance in the market. If the company's pump is reliable and efficient, it will undoubtedly capture the market, but if it doesn't, it will soon fade away. Based on my intuition, I can confidently say that this small outfit, which has its own C&C machine and laser engraver, must have been in business for a long time and has a loyal customer base.

For a Pakistani workshop, this is impressively low number of blatant OSHA violations. I could only find 2 most glaring: pouring molten metal while wearing flip-flops (a classic that never gets old, 0:30) and the absolute abomination at 16:20. But then, it's a pretty high-tech facility that requires skilled workforce, so it obviously translates to more respect for human life and health.

Отлили - отпили - прошли на токарном станке, потом шлифонули плоскости, а потом снова берут и на токарном станке подрезают, где логика? Все время вижу что льют детали из старых переплавленных, не разу не показывают что используют стружку после обработки самих же деталей...

О каком качестве вы говорите ? Лом алюминия сортируется по составу , а все отливки делаются в ПРЕССФОРМЕ а не зубилом .

I just love these fully automated Human Workers , it is Cheap labor no OSHA, No Government regulations, no EPA Standards, no Union Rules and of coarse no safety concerns , Notice they are all pouring hot metal with no shoes or safety Boots ! That so if the burn their feet off they can still sell their Shoes !!! And You Tube thinks this is how things are made efficiently!!!! I worked with machines that could produce 4 of these items every 10 Secs and only one man operated the whole Molding line !

I'm impressed by how well they work with what they have, but also convinced this is the reason why cheap aftermarket parts don't last or don't work well to specifications. Should have had a test bench for the GPM and Pressure rating (doesn't have to be all but just a few at random)

The best is the original pump made by Prva Petoletka Serbia... what you make does not have a long service life, and even more importantly, it does not have sufficient capacity, pressure... quality work... You have a representative office of ppt in your country with original parts...

Настоящие слёзы показаны на высокотехнологичном авиазаводе по производству ракет. Там ЧПУстанок показан: ..."Василий" называется. Пол-дня, пузырь заправка, для обеспечения ускоренной работы. Шойгу приехал, посмотрел, обрадовался и улетел. Мужик, на том станке,- вручную резьбы нарезает !
