Not to mention radio play shouldn’t even count since it’s only counting how many times it was played on the radio, not how many people were listening to the radio when it was played which should be the only metric they use, if we saw the numbers of people listening to the radio when it was played I’d bet that it would be at most a tenth of total plays but in all likelihood a hundredth of the total plays

Your question just proves Flawd TV's point lol. It's because Billboard goes off radio plays and not KZfaq views. In terms of radio plays, Post Baloney has the higher number which is why he's #1. Now in terms of KZfaq views (which Billboard doesn't base their numbers on), Eminem has the higher view count, which in my opinion holds more value than measly radio plays.

And usually, what you hear in the store isn't even actual radio. It's Muzak. I can't even remember last time I heard actual radio except maybe when my Bluetooth on my phone didn't automatically connect to my car speakers and the radio just happened to be on a station and not just static. When I was in school, I could have told you every station on the FM in my area code and exactly how far the dial needed to be to the left or right to pick it up best at any given location across town. Now, I don't know the name or dial position of one single radio station. NPR would be the only exception to that, and even then it's been a few years since I tuned in on a radio.

Yeah its crazy but country music is the king of radio now and Post as someone I dont care for his music but 1000% love him as a person is going to get on all those country music radio stations and the top hits stations while Em will only get on the top hit stations. This always happened to eminem, its nothing new. I imagine it was part of that whole push when he first came out to get rid of him, wouldn't surprise me if he was partially blacklisted. The only times he really got radio play in the US was when he dropped something like love the way you lie with someone respectable like Rhianna or it was something really tame and poppy. Luckily for him though the rest of the world isnt as backwards and play him on the radio just fine and he was that big by that point it didnt really matter.
