in this case doctor who did MRI initially missed the growth which was later found by contrast MRI and also seen on MRI review in the institute. the child lost his life during treatment due to the malignancy and case was filed. know what happened as per the principle of the law and what did state council and national commission decided. learn take home message so that you can learn where mistakes are done by doctors which can be avoided.
