Bolam test was used in earlier days where it was considered what doctor did to the patient was the best, and if majority of doctor behaves like that. So in negligence cases if he did according to peer group then he is not negligent.

We don't offer any course sir, with llb you will have knowledge of law in routine, no medico legal course in it. In LLM you can get medicolegal expert. Otherwise the best method is to get updated with case law and decisions. Few universities are offering few days courses too

yes if you are insured with indemnity insurance at the time of surgery the amount will be paid by the insurance company.
