If you keep it in close packingthen they will take duty charge... Otherwise if you opened that product and using it then no duty....

@@sameersingh01 Pls stick to the basic concepts, if you are importing goods to India, you have to pay the duty. What you are telling, is the way of escaping the duty. But most of the time this doesn't work. Some people wear new gold jewellery purchased abroad, and they say that they are using it. But we make them pay the duty. So the concept must be clear. Purchased abroad, pay duty. Be it iPhone, be it jewellery.

Bro these are Japanese model phones in yodobashi mall, they don’t support Indian sims. And normal iPhones that support Indian sims costs you almost in Same Indian price. Better to buy iPhone from i-stores only even in Japan too.
