@@mkaspb I was referring to the metal shear and bender. Yes you are right about the safety aspect. I looked into the US requirements for fabricated auxiliary fuel tanks. Nothing extremely difficult but good solid recommendations .

@@paulkurilecz4209 yes, when a hole or a pothole bursts, this weld made on the ground on the knee will disperse and all gasoline or diesel fuel will light up! Interestingly, 200 liters of gasoline is = 1.73 Tons of TNT [tTNT]
