Great video! I've read neither An Evil Guest nor There Is No Antimemetics Division, but I have read Wish I Was Here, which was massively helpful in contextualizing your critique, and made me think I'd thought something similar before - which must mean something, I'm sure :) Thanks!

Thank you for watching! I'm sure if you enjoyed Wish I Were Here you might find something to appreciate in An Evil Guest. I think Wolfe is quickly becoming one of my favourite writers of weird genre fiction as I dive into his works outside The Book of the New Sun.
