@@Chibuga well yeah, that set needs all those moves, Overheat is very one dimensional move, it's not worth the slot of Discharge that allows counterplay to redirection.

@@luigimanzelli3786 the thing is I almost never see them use discharge. It is always volt switch or draco meteor. They can definitely replace discharge. I think it's more important to be able to remove the one Pokémon who is cutting half your damage output then damage across the board that would just get cut off by Rillaboom again. Lol

Prankster Thundorus with the Electric Terrain move is slept on. It can shut down Rillaboom grass terrain and immediately set up Miraidon again with terrain. You don't have to worry about switching out as much since you will have terrain control and keep offensive pressure.

Okay, that one is the best thumbnail of them all. Anyone asking why it's changing, it's cause it's likely using an automated system trying out which thumbnail gets the most clicks. It's unfortunate it needs to happen, but dude's gotta do what he can to get views, sponsors help but dude's gotta eat and this is his job.

It doesn't though. People thought it did and it was doing badly in the very first tournaments but it is one of the strongest in VGC competitions since. It seems like the big 3 are the Calyrex riders and Miraidon, with Terapagos as a pretty close 4th and Zamazenta winning a regional too. Koraidon and Kyogre still seem to top cut fairly often but they're kinda on the periphery and that's really about it, aside from a few decent Zacian teams and a random Groudon every now and again.

seems like they overthought and tried to cover its weaknesses. When all you need to do is to put on some specs and do over 50% damage to a pokemon that double-resists electric.

It's funny to think that they saw that the power wasn't up to snuff, so instead of trying to make it more versatile, they just double down on the damage to turn the nuke into the death star

I love this. Miraidon was my favorite of the Biklizards but I felt like it got so overshadowed by Koraidon. This is awesome to see a good way to use it.
