Flagrant 2 is a comedy podcast that delivers unfiltered, unapologetic, and unruly hot takes directly to your dome piece. In an era dictated by political correctness, hosts Andrew Schulz and Akaash Singh, along with AlexxMedia and Mark Gagnon, could care less about sensitivities. If it’s funny and flagrant it flies. If you are sensitive this podcast is not for you. But if you miss the days of comedians actually being funny instead of preaching to a quire then welcome to The Flagrancy.

New York native and internationally touring stand-up, Andrew Schulz is known for his hilarious and unsafe comedy. He has starred in the sitcom BENDERS (now available on Netflix), can be seen in Amazon’s SNEAKY PETE, HBO’s CRASHING, and on MTV including GUY CODE and GIRL CODE.
In the podcast realm, Schulz can be heard on the wildly popular THE BRILLIANT IDIOTS - co-hosted by nationally syndicated radio and television personality Charlamagne tha God - the hilarious sports commentary podcast FLAGRANT 2, and the film and TV analysis podcast WESTERBROS. He has made major appearances on The Joe Rogan Experience, Bert Kreischer’s BERTCAST, Joey “coco” Diaz The Chuch of What’s Happening Now, and Theo Von’s This Past Weekend. He has even done solo interviews with the likes of Lil Duval and many others.
Andrew’s online presence has touched hundreds of millions of people across the globe and his unconventionally funny approach to the comedy world has launched him into stardome. His shows Dropping In and Inside Jokes will rack of hundreds of thousands of views weekly. Nothing is off limits for Schulz, from sex to race, and even the occasional audience heckler roast, Andrew is hungry to be the best. He can be seen in New York City performing regularly at New York Comedy Club and the Comedy Cellar.

Doing a daily recall at night improves your memory greatly. I got into it because I wanted to lucid dream, that was around 15 years ago. I lucid dream in every dream and I go over my day before I sleep every night, which actually helps me fall asleep within 10 minutes because that is all I am focusing on. I am able to recall my day to the smallest detail like what color someone's shirt was when I walked past them. I believe it helps me most in my job where I can remember a mass amount of information without writing it down.

@The Deathless I don't think it is at will, but when I dream I kind of have a wake up moment during the dream when I realize that there's no way I could "be here" in a physical sense because it does not match my memory and daily routine and at that point I just do whatever I want.

Are you recalling general information? I.e. You mentioned colour of someone's shirt, which is pretty general. Or are you trying to recall the details of something you read or are reading? I think I could recall more general information pretty easily. But remembering details of something I'm reading for example is difficult. Can going over the more general things help in recalling the more detailed things?

@@dave9547 I recall every physical step of my day, from when I get out of bed to getting back into bed. From how many cars I drove past to the grocery store, what color and type were the cars, what song I was listening to in my car, recalling the faces of people I walked past going to the gym, what I was thinking about during those times. In the moment during the day I don't think about it, or try to remember what I'm doing because that sounds crazy. Only at night, I go literally step by step.

I wish I had paid more attention in my 20's and 30's to my sleep. People that are just getting out of high school these days have it so lucky with all the good information that's out there, availability of supplements to help sleep deep and tech to track your sleeping. I work overnights and still manage ~8 hours of sleep a day with 3-4 of it deep due to tracking and using different supplements and blocking out all light and I wake up better than I used to on a night shift. Plus quitting booze really helped, it helps you get to sleep, but not to deep sleep! Getting good sleep will make you feel like a completely different person!
