Infidelity is one of the greatest challenges a married couple will ever face. A barrage of questions need to be answered: from living arrangements, to types of counseling, and what to say to your family and others. In this transparent message, Mark and Jill Savage explain how they navigated these issues, and the biblical principles they employed that allowed God to heal their relationship.

Wow I am in so agreement with not making your marriage an idol. I think I have been doing that and obsessing over how this marriage will be healed and trying to control the situation. Yes lord please take my keys. Thank you for this video!!!

Unfortunately, my husband has not stopped his infidelity. Years go by and he does it again because he is not a man of God. I have peace in my heart about leaving him. I know that he needs to suffer the consequences of his continued actions. I know that I can no longer sit by and pretend. My heart is hardened not towards him as a person but towards saving our marriage. I honestly want the best for him. I love him as a person and wish no ill will towards him but I honestly believe its time to let go. Separation feels appropriate at this time while I will admit I dont know what the future holds. I have no idea what God will do in either of our lives. So while part of me is telling God I dont want to do this anymore, I dont want to work on my marriage anymore, im letting go......a part of me is still open to what God may do in the future. I know my husband has some serious issues to work through and Im hoping he finds God in the process. Until a miracle occurs and I dont know what that would look like, im letting go. The blatant disrespect and arrogance he has shown me and others around us is frankly disgusting. If anybody out there wants to pray for my husband, his name is Rick. Its out of my hands, im letting go.

Hello, Nicole. Thank you for sharing so openly. Remember that you have tremendous worth in the sight of God. You are His child, and He has created you for a particular purpose. He has promised to walk with you through this troubling time. You and Rick are in our prayers. If you're in the U.S., please call 855-771-HELP (4357), weekdays between 6 A.M. and 8 P.M. (MT). Why is it that it’s always the women that try to make things work even though they are not the fault? It’s just so confusing and not fair.

Women’s nature is more likely to preserve the unity of family, so is more open to God’s will and forgiveness. Men’s nature is more likely to please him self.

Not true there are a few FF videos of the wife committing adultery and the husband saving it. Also loving yourself is not really an antidote to the hurt that comes with adultery. It;s running to God for healing and support. My 2 pence

Yes I feel the same way. I don't understand that either because most men would have not forgiven and walked away if the shoe was on the other foot. I did hear that the Lord blessed the women to have power over her family and husband with her words and actions. Why do you think satan tempted eve and not Adam? They say he knew that Eve would convince Adam to do so.

Sorry, marriage is greatly important but if my husband steps out and breaks that covenant then we are done. Just like if I broke it.
